Relationship
A relationship. Earthly or Inspired? Sexuality and spirituality come together in a dance of Yin and Yang.
On these pages, perspectives and inspiration for a ‘perfect relationship’. Many relationships end prematurely and others get bogged down in friendship or an unhealthy parent-child dynamic.
To illustrate this, here is a quote from Van der Velde’s 1929 work.
“Marriage is—at least in Christian civilization—often a failure. There can be no doubt about that. It can be the gateway to an earthly Eden, but in reality it is often a hell of torment. It should be, in the true sense of the word, a purgatory, that is, a state of purification; but how rarely is that achieved!”
Spiritual growth, or the lack thereof, seems to be crucial, along with unrealistic expectations of the relationship, the partner, and oneself. These pages will make as much use as possible of work that has already been done and provide tools to deepen the relationship TOGETHER. Parenting and sexuality are a direct extension of this.
