How To
Awaken
Rid Yourself of Conditioning
In my opinion, awakening is primarily a process of awareness and action. If actions do not change after awareness, there is no movement. Only when actions change, begin, or stop, in accordance with awareness, does a new experience arise.
The most important movement to make is inward. As deep as possible. Perhaps you have ever had the thought or feeling: “actually, deep down I know that…” or “it doesn’t feel right.” It is common for people to ignore these feelings and thoughts or to supposedly ‘park’ them and “move on.” For awakening, it is important to pause and reflect on these feelings and thoughts. To take your gut and your heart seriously, as it were.
In addition, there are a number of themes that you can assess to determine how applicable they are to you. Some are specific and some are very universal. With the latter, the question is not “whether” it applies to you, but rather ‘how’ and “to what extent.”

#HEALING OF TRAUMA AND WOUNDS
In addition to learning to think clearly, it is important that your actions are not guided by trauma and wounds. This may sound dramatic, but the effects can be very subtle.
Every family has its problems. In every family, at certain moments, something significant has happened, big or small, that has an unconscious influence. Sometimes this has an effect for generations, such as wars. Regardless of whether one participated in the struggle or not. Here is a page with further elaboration.
There are a number of things one can do oneself. Examine your life, that of your family, and the generations that came before you.
